麥當娜-西科尼(Madonna Ciccone)，1958年8月16日出生于美國密歇根州底特律附近的海灣城-貝城。父親是一名工程師，母親是一位家庭主婦，麥當娜是家中8個孩子中****的女孩，6歲時她的母親患乳癌去世。童年時的麥當娜膽子很大，又很有商業(yè)頭腦。她參加了學(xué)校的表演，當過啦啦隊長，上過鋼琴課，也學(xué)習(xí)過芭蕾舞。麥當娜的舞技使她贏得了密歇根大學(xué)的獎學(xué)金。
